GRS Group recently provided both Transaction and Title Services to a $174,716,000 first mortgage finance package of six mobile home communities in Florida. The transaction was executed through the Fannie Mae DUS program. Dennis Vendetti, Managing Director of GRS Group Title Services, spearheaded GRS Group’s servicing package.
