GRS Group recently provided environmental and property condition assessments for its client, KeyBank Real Estate Capital, to support $33.2 million in financing toward the acquisition of Sterling Village Apartments.  Sterling Village is a 300-unit Class A garden-style apartment complex in South Jordan, Utah.  GRS Group Director, Julie Sorensen, spearheaded GRS Group’s servicing package.
