GRS | Corteq recently provided services on a $37 million refinance of 3000 Sand Hill Road, a 175,8400 square foot office building in Menlo Park, California.

Sand Hill Road, connecting El Camino Real and I-280, provides easy access to both Stanford University and Silicon Valley. The general area, often referred to as just “Sand Hill,” is well known for its high concentration of venture capital firms. In fact, nearly every one of Silicon Valley’s top companies has secured its early funding from firms on Sand Hill Road. These companies include Microsoft, Amazon.com, Facebook, Twitter, Instagram and Skype.

3000 Sand Hill Road, owned by Ford Land Company, was built in the late 1960s. It was the first project built in Sand Hill—and is currently leased to over forty small and mid-sized firms.

Services provided by GRS | Corteq were a seismic probable maximum loss assessment and an environmental site assessment. Director Jeff Coyne spearheaded the servicing package.
